I love these cards. This technique is Acetate & Tissue. I saw this on Michelle Zindorf's blog It is such a fun technique to do. We made these cards on our Tuesday / Friday classes at Bel Air Baptist's Church Creative Card Group.
Stamp Set: Just believe, party this wayCard; Baja Breeze, basic black, whisper white
Ink: pacific point, black stazon,
Reinkers: baja breeze and pool party
Accessories: acetate, tissue paper, crystal effects, white gel pen
