Remarkable You on Vellum CASE

Another CASED card recently.  I can't find the link but I am sure it was on PINTEREST.  The original had a great video showing how this technique was done.

What to do:-  Stamp image in Versamark on Vellum.  Cut out with Lots of Labels framelits.  Turn vellum over.  Using a stylus, rub ball over the petals staying in the lines.  Turn back to front.  Highlight a couple of petals with a stampin write marker.  For the frame, cut out with 2 "Lots of Labels" framelits nestled together.  Attach to the vellum.

Paper:  whisper white, vellum, mint macaron, 2015-2016 incolor dsp stack

Ink:  stazon jet black, memento tuxedo, cucumber crush, delightful dijon

This is a card that I CASED a while ago and taught at one of my classes recently.  When I suggested this card the girls asked could we glitz it up so I chose silver glimmer paper and the gold foil paper to add the glitz.  I found the original on PINTEREST but could not locate it to add the link.

Bel Air Creative Cards for August - Six Sided Sampler Case and Watercolor Wings

For cardmaking this Thursday I thought we could use one of my favourite stamp sets which is "Six Sided Sampler".  This is a case of a card that featured in this year's Annual Catalogue on page 104.  For my card I chose the 2014-2015 incolor palette.  I also chose "Perpetual Birthday" stamp set for the background.  I am really happy with the way it turned out.

For the second card we will make on Thursday night is a card using Watercolor Wings stamp set.  I used the Everyday Chic Washi Tape and Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack.  I am really happy with the way this one turned out too.

Floral wings and Paper Players Sketch Challenge #251

Today's card  is using one of Stampin' Up!'s new Hostess Stamp Set called Floral Wings.  I also used The Paper Players Sketch Challenge #251.

Petite Petals Stamp set meets Hexagon Hive Die

Cut out the hexagon hive die using a post-it note.  This will give you a stencil.  Place stencil on whisper white.  Draw around hexagon shapes with lead pencil.  Stamp flowers from petite petals stamp set in island indigo in hexagon shapes.  Now cut island indigo card with the hexagon hive die. Layer this on top of the whisper white.  Stamp petite petals flower in calypso coral, pear pizazz, pool party and layer them on the solid hexagons.  Stamp Happy Birthday from Guy Greetings stamp set in island indigo and punch out with washi label punch.
