Irresistible blooms meets Radiating Stiches and pop out swing card

Hi there, so sorry I've been missing in action!! There has been a good reason though. So this happened!! Our first grandchild was born in October and is a delight.

Todays card is a fun fold which has multiple names - Window Swing, Lever Card and Pop Out Swing. It is a beautiful fold and very easy, especially when using dies to create your focal point. The dies are called Radiating Stitches and are a new online exclusive product as is the stamp bundle Irresistible Blooms and Hello, Irresistible designer series papers. You may also notice that I have used a retired colour - pretty peacock - well some exciting news, there will be a colour refresh when the next Annual Catty is launched, and one of my all time favourites is returning!!

The Details:

Stamp Set: Irresistible Blooms bundle

Dies: Irresistible Blooms dies, Radiating Stitches dies - these dies are perfect for the Pop Out Swing technique!!!

Card: Soft Sea Foam 1 x A5 card base (1/2 an A4), folded in half.

Pretty Peacock 5cm x 15cm - die cut the decorative dot die strip.

Basic White: 6" x 14.3cm, scored at 2", 4" and 6"; a 15cm x 10.5cm cut out the smallest of the rectangles for the front panel and stamp the flower and leaves and cut out with the respective dies.

Hello, Irresistible dsp - 15cm x 10.5cm - cut out the large die from Radiating Stitches dies.

Fold your card base in half and unfold and layer the dsp panel on top of the front half. Centre the large Radiating Stitches die on top of the dsp as well as the middle sized rectangle die. Run through the die cut machine.

Adhere the dsp to the front of the card.

Open up the card and on the right hand side place the folded basic white panel (folded in 3 forming a zigzag) with the top panel facing towards the centre fold. Glue in place - this forms the swing action.

Separate the small die cut layered dsp and soft sea foam piece. With the card "folded up", attach the soft sea foam piece in "the window" Adhere in place. Stamp the sentiment on the white rectangle and add a large flower inked in flirty flamingo and small flower inked in daffodil delight. Stamp a small leaf in lost lagoon and the larger leaf in pretty peacock. Adhere these to the front basic white panel, being careful not to have them hanging over the soft sea foam panel.
