This is one of our cards for October classes. I CASED the fold from a Stampin' Up! video which featured the Rejoice Stamp which Lynn Dunn helped design when she reached $1,000,000 in sales.
The front of my design features a retired set called Holiday Print which was in the catalogue when I joined Stampin' Up! in 2008!! The focal point on the front is the medallion from the Framed & Fabulous hot foil dies and includes the sentiment from the Rejoice stamp set.
The inside of the card features the main image from the Rejoice stamp set. The "gates" have been stamped with Hardwood (retired).
To get the roof shape, mark the middle of the top, then measure down 1" each side, join up the side dots with the one in the middle top, cut. The size of the card is 15cm x 20cm, score at 5cm and 15cm.

Card: seaside spray (retired), boho blue (retired), basic white, night of navy, misty moonlight. crumb cake, basic beige
Tools: framed & fabulous hot foil dies, various circle punches
