This was a fun technique to do. Base card is pretty in pink with a layer of whisper white. Stamp 3 images of the carnation flower on the vellum using versamark watermark. Emboss with white embossing powder. Use a blender pen the Stampin Pastels to colour in the flowers. Position the vellum over a layer of whisper white, noting where to place the "heartfelt" stamped image and the "birthday celebrations" stamped image.
